REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES

ON- SITE RESERVATION ONLY

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Certified True Copy of the Original Diploma released by the DepEd Central Office 
2. Original Certificate of Rating for Passer of the Alternative Learning System (ALS)
3. Photocopy of PSA birth certificate

NOTE: Students born abroad should submit a photocopy of Philippine passport (BIO-PAGE) or Philippine Recognition Certificate.

PROCEDURES 

1. Register at UB Student Portal
2. Click “Apply as a new student”, complete all the needed information

• Once complete, click submit the registration. You will receive an email regarding your APPLICANT ID NUMBER that you will use for the reservation fee

3. Pay the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee of P2,000.00. Please refer to PAYMENT PROCEDURES
4. Present your receipt to the Admission officer to complete your reservation
5. Fill-out the necessary information in the Pre - Registration Google form that will be provided by the Admission Officer

NOTE:

• Reserved slots is valid until (June 26, 2026)
• Unconfirmed slots shall be given to those with complete enrollment credentials
• Visit the ARC as soon as all credentials are available
• Please inform the office if you plan to enroll in classes for SHORT TERM 2026.
