FRESHMEN INTERESTED TO ENROLL FOR SHORT TERM/ SUMMER CLASS 2026

For Grade 12 graduates from previous academic years who have not enrolled in any tertiary institution.

REMINDER: ENROLLMENT FOR SHORT TERM IS LIMITED TO GENERAL EDUCATION(GE) OR MINOR SUBJECTS ONLY

ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE:

MAY 25- MAY 30, 2026

START OF CLASSES:

JUNE 1, 2026

NOTE: Enrollment cannot be processed if the original credentials are not submitted

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Original and Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card (F-1138)/SF9) duly signed by the school principal
  2. Non-Issuance of SF10 Certificate (Certificate stating that the SF10/F137 was not forwarded to any College or University)
  3. Photocopy of PSA birth certificate

NOTE: Students born abroad should submit a photocopy of their Philippine passport (BIO-PAGE) or Philippine Recognition Certificate.

PROCEDURES: 

  1. Fill- out the Declaration, Waiver and Consent Agreement Form
  2. Submit the original and a photocopy of the admission requirements to the admission officer for scanning, verification, and encoding of subjects
  3. Pay the required down payment at the Cashier's Office or through accredited banks online
  4. Present your receipt to the Student Accounts Office for an ID validation slip
  5. Proceed to the MIS office and present your ID validation slip for the ID application
  6. Check your schedule on the UB Student Portal
