FRESHMEN INTERESTED TO ENROLL FOR SHORT TERM/ SUMMER CLASS 2026

For Grade 12 Students expected to graduate at the end of the current School Year

REMINDER: ENROLLMENT FOR SHORT TERM IS LIMITED TO GENERAL EDUCATION (GE) OR MINOR SUBJECTS ONLY

ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE:

April 20, 2026 - MAY 30, 2026

START OF CLASSES:

JUNE 1, 2026

NOTE: Enrollment cannot be processed if original credentials are not submitted.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Original and Photocopy of Grade 12 Card/Form 138/ SF9
  2. Photocopy of PSA birth certificate

NOTE: Students born abroad should submit a photocopy of their Philippine passport (BIO-PAGE) or Philippine Recognition Certificate.

PROCEDURES: 

  1. Fill- out the Declaration, Waiver and Consent Agreement Form
  2. Submit the original and a photocopy of the admission requirements to the admission officer (Arc Window 8) for scanning, verification, and encoding of subjects
  3. Fill up pre-registration google form Pre- registration google form
  4. Pay the required down payment at the Cashier's Office
  5. Present your receipt to the Student Accounts Office for an ID validation slip
  6. Proceed to the MIS office and present your ID validation slip for the ID application
  7. Check your schedule on the UB Student Portal

Note: Only incoming freshmen students with confirmed reservations for the 1st Semester, SY 2026–2027 are eligible to enroll for the Summer Short Term. Once you register through the pre-registration Google Form, your subjects for Summer 2026 will be automatically encoded during enrollment proper
