International Students
Requirements and Procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- School Records (Transcript of Records, Form 137/SF10, Senior High School Certificate/ Diploma), duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (referral from Teacher/ Principal/ Guidance Counselor)
- Affidavit of support (bank statements, grants for institutional scholars’ expenses)
- Police clearance (country of origin)
- A photocopy of the passport’s bio page and visa page
- Student Visa/SSP (Special Study Permit)
- Photocopy of the receipt of the Foreign Admission Fee
Note: The Policy on the admission of Foreign students will prevail. Full payment of the admission fee for foreign students must be strictly implemented before admission (NO PARTIAL PAYMENT IS ALLOWED)
Admission Fee for Foreign Students
- BASIC EDUCATION: $400
- TERTIARY COURSES:$1000
- GRADUATE SCHOOL: $2000
- MEDICAL COURSES: $4000
- DUAL CITIZEN: Php 1,800
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
- Prepare the original and a photocopy of all admission requirements
- Visit the respective Dean's office and present a copy of your grades for evaluation. If approved, you will receive an admission slip signed and approved by the Dean or the School Secretary. After the evaluation, have the evaluation form photocopied for your records
- Register at UB Student Portal
- Click “Apply as a new student”, complete all the needed information, and submit the registration
- Fill- out the Declaration, Waiver and Consent Agreement Form
- Submit the original and a photocopy of the admission requirements, including the photocopy of your evaluation, to the admission officer for scanning and verification
- Pay the required Admission Fee at the Cashier's Office
- Fill-out the necessary information in the Pre-registration Google Form
- Proceed to the respective Dean’s office for enrollment in courses based on the student’s program and curriculum
- Pay the required down payment online or at the Cashier's Office.
- Present your receipt to the Student Accounts Office for an ID validation slip
- Proceed to the MIS office and present your ID validation slip for the ID application
- Proceed to the Admissions and Records Center (ARC) for VISA Application
- Check your schedule on the Student Portal
